Thank you for using Headwall Sports to sell your outdoor gear. This is what to expect while working with us.
- You are responsible for maintaining your consignment account.
- Refer to http://www.headwallsports.com/sell/ for details on the type, condition and standard of outdoor gear, clothing, and accessories we accept for consignment.
- Earn 10% back after using your credit to purchase in store
- Consigners may only request 2 checks per month, limit of $2,000 per check.
Important Details:
- We do not inform you about the status of your items.
- SALES SPLIT - Headwall Sports receives 50% and you receive 50% of the selling price.
- Headwall Sports can drop the price up to 25% i.e. as part of an end of season sale and retains the right to sell your items for 45 days. Items must stay in the store for that duration and may not be posted for sale elsewhere.

_____ Visit http://www.headwallsports.com with your Consignor ID number and click on 'CONSIGNER STATUS' in the top right corner to: check your Balance and Status of Items or Request a Payment
_____ Payment is available for pickup in the store after NOON on THURSDAY (if requested by WEDNESDAY at NOON) via the Headwall website. Check requests are void after 30 days.
_____ Headwall Sports acts as a transactional broker and allows you to use store floor space to sell your outdoor equipment. Headwall Sports does not accept responsibility for the lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
_____ Unsold Winter items need to be picked up by APRIL 1 and Summer items by OCTOBER 1. Items not picked up will be donated to a local charity.
