Headwall Sports is the place in Jackson Hole to find lightly used and new quality outdoor gear and clothing PLUS consign your gear quick and easily.

Our consignors receive 50% of the selling price. We accept items for consignment in Jackson Hole Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11am-5pm OR you can consign by booking an appointment.

Please email info@headwallsports.com to confirm a time. We donate unsold items not picked up at season’s end to our favorite charities.

In what condition should my gear be to sell?

  • Well-maintained and useable

  • Clean of dirt, pet hair, garbage

  • Less than <5 years old, or unique and functional

  • Items with tags and well-known brands price higher

I can’t get to you, can I save the trip?

  • Call and ask for an appointment or email any photos and questions to info@headwallsports.co and we will respond with an assessment in a timely manner.

Can I also sell my item online or somewhere else?

  • We ask for the exclusive right to sell your item for 45 days. Please remove from Ebay, Craigslist, Marketplace etc. while your items are on the sales floor at Headwall Sports.

What is my payout?

  • 50/50 split after sale, items over >$500 value, you receive 60%

How do I get paid?

  • Use store credit and receive +10% credit back after purchase OR request check online and pick-up in store.

  • Checks may be mailed to a non-local address ONLY upon request and with a $5 fee.

When do I pick up unsold items?

  • Unsold Winter items should be picked up by April 1 and Summer items by October 1.

  • Consignors receive a reminder email near the end of season with location specific information.

  • Items not picked up will be donated to our favorite charities and become the property of Headwall Sports unless by separate agreement.
